How do RightTradesmen find the best person for the job?

When you post a job with us, you give us a detailed summary of the required work for your job. By looking at your specific needs, we will match the right trades people that suit best for your job specification. If we do need extra information, we will then send an email to require more information from you.

How would Right Tradesmen help me?

We are a community that connects you with thousands of tradesmen in your area. We will do our best to help you find qualified and professional tradesmen/ builders to do your job with the best possible rates. You would get up to three quotes from different tradesmen and it is up to you to decide who to work with based on the quote and ratings on their profile.

How do I get involved?

We will need your name, email address, home address and a contact number. You would also need to tell us about your requirements and what sort of work you want to get done. Once you are registered with us, we will give you a call to make sure you are happy with everything. Join today!

How does it work?

How will I get quotes?

After you post your job with us, we share it with our tradesmen meeting their skills. Out of those tradesmen whoever finds interest in your job will get your contact details from us and will contact you to give you a quote. While posting your job, you can choose the number of quotes you would want (At the max 3 quotes are allowed per job).

Do you check the credentials and legitimacy of the tradesmen in your directory?

When a tradesman signs in with us, we get all the information required by us to sign them up and we display the maximum possible information on their profile. Any possible cause of any fraud from a tradesman can only be stopped from the feedback we get from the customers who hire them. That’s why we appreciate the customers to firstly ask for tradesmen credentials and then hire them. In the end when they complete your job you must rate the tradesman who completed your job to let other customers like you know about the tradesman you hired.

Who can join?

Only trades people who deliver and believe in quality will benefit from this service. We take care to get the right people on our books. Many join us through direct recommendation from other members. We'd love to hear from you if you'd like to recommend a tradesperson. Our User Agreement gives you more details on what you can expect.

How will it help my advertising?

We advertise nationally, in directories, in the press and online. As a right tradesperson, you'll be part of a network that's always featured on Google and other search engines so you'll get more publicity through that.

We'll send you leads via email which will give you a direct link to your account. After you've decided you want to quote, update your account and you'll see your new customer's details immediately. If you accept leads via text, just reply to the lead with the unique job reference number and we'll text back with the customer details.

How do I choose work?

We'll only ever send you the work you want in your area based on what you've told us. You can always decline to quote on jobs though.

How can I quote for the job I want to?

From the leads we send you or browsing the jobs by yourself you can choose the job you would like to quote and buy the contact details of the customer by using your credits. Credits price varies depending on the size of the job.
